Kathy Bourne is Executive Director of Chichester Festival Theatre, where she shares leadership with Artistic Director Justin Audibert. She has over 30 years of experience in theatre, including producing more than 75 productions at CFT and overseeing major West End transfers such as Gypsy, Sweeney Todd and The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui.

She has also worked as Executive Producer at Jonathan Church Productions, producing work in the West End, internationally and on tour. Earlier roles include positions with Spymonkey, Tiger Aspect, Tamasha Theatre Company and the Dublin Theatre Festival.

Kathy is a trustee of Spymonkey, The Great Sussex Way and Oakwood School.
