Kathy Bourne is Executive Director and joint CEO of Chichester Festival Theatre, sharing leadership with the Artistic Director Justin Audibert and overseeing every aspect of CFT’s operations. She has over 30 years of experience in theatre, including producing more than 75 productions at CFT and overseeing major West End transfers such as Gypsy, Sweeney Todd, Shadowlands, The Spy Who Came In From The Cold and Oliver!

 She was previously Executive Producer at Jonathan Church Productions, producing work in the West End, internationally and on tour. Earlier roles include positions with Spymonkey, Tiger Aspect, Tamasha Theatre Company and the Dublin Theatre Festival.

Kathy is President of UK Theatre, the membership organisation representing theatre producers, managers, owners and operators across the UK.
