Isabella leads the Analytics and Insights team at the Royal Ballet and Opera, turning audience data into actionable insights. She brings together expertise in customer and user research, data analysis and digital analytics to deepen understanding of RBO’s range of audiences and support insight-driven decision-making.

With more than 10 years’ experience in the arts sector, she has also previously held roles at the Southbank Centre, the Victoria & Albert Museum, and Baker Richards Consulting.
